At LOHO BRIDE, we curate each piece with intention and want you to feel confident in your selection. While made-to-order gowns are final sale, we offer returns on select ready-to-wear pieces and accessories within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal concierge within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and delicate packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 10 business days.
