What is your return policy for designer bridal wear?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns, all bridal dress sales are final. Ready-to-wear accessories may be returned within 14 days if they are in original, unworn condition.
How do I ensure I select the correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide for each designer. We highly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor before placing your order to ensure the closest fit.
Are alterations included in the price of the dress?
Alterations are a separate service and are not included in the purchase price. We can provide a list of recommended luxury tailors in your area to assist with the final fit.
